SUMMER ART CAMP AGREEMENT

 

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP

Camp drop-off time is 10:00 AM. Please have your camper dropped off no later than 10:30 AM. It makes it difficult for your camper to catch up on the day’s art project. Please enter the studio with your child at drop-off and check them in. Camp is over at 2:00 PM. You must come inside the studio to pick up your child. We will not send them out by themselves. There is a $10 late fee for every 10 minutes that the Parent/Guardian or authorized pick-up is late. The fee needs to be paid within 24 hours of pick up.  If your camper is registered for the extended day camp, pick-up is 4:00 PM. The same late fee policy applies. Authorized pick-up must show ID a pick-up until we are familiar with them. Our doors remain locked during the entire camp day. To enter, you must knock or ring the doorbell.

TUITION

Tuition payments can be in installments or in full. Tuition due dates are as follows:

Week of  June 19th Due: Monday, June 12th

Week of June 26th Due:  Monday, June 19th

Week of July 10th Due: Monday, July 3rd

Week of July 17th Due: Monday, July 10th

 

Failure to pay tuition will result in the termination of your camper’s participation. There is a $ 5-a-day late fee for late tuition payments. After three days (of no communication from the parent/guardian) we will terminate the registration.

CAMPER HEALTH

If your child is sick, please do not bring them to camp. If your child vomits, has a temperature of 100 degrees, or displays discomfort due to an illness, camp staff will contact you to pick your child up.

​CANCELLATION

You can cancel anytime by contacting Uncommon Redesigns via email (info@uncommonredesigns.com). The registration fee and prepaid tuition are non-refundable.

TERMINATION

Uncommon Redesigns has the right to terminate this registration if: 

​

A. Parent/Guardian fails to pay their tuition by the deadline.

B. Parent/Guardian fails to pay late pick-up fees by the deadline.

C. Provides false information in the registration process.

D. Parent/Guardian is more than an hour late. 

E. The camper becomes a threat to staff and fellow camper’s safety
