If you have furniture that you would like updated or redesigned, you can place your request on the site under "Your Furniture". Then book your FREE furniture pick up "Book Online" and submit your redesign details. From there, we pick up your furniture, do the work, and return to you when it is ready.
Shop Finished Items
You can purchase finished items right from the website. If you have any questions about items, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Shop Unfinished Items
The unfinished items are for customers who are in need of furniture for redesign. You can also purchase unfinished items as-is. The price on the site includes the redesign fees. Redesigns include: One paint color or stain and your color choice of hardware. If your designs requires more color and a hardware change there will be an up charge.
Locating The Right Furniture For You
If you do not see the furniture you desire in our unfinished inventory, we will be happy to locate the style of furniture you like to be redesigned.
We provide three picture updates for all custom request. To view your order's status, you will need to create a customer account by clicking the Login/Sign up link at the top of the page. After your account has been approved, you can login to your account, click Order Status, find your order (by your name) and view your pictures. If you have a question about your order, you can message us using the contact form under your pictures.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We start working on your custom request within 12 hours of your purchase. If you place a custom request order and cancel it, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00. You have two weeks to pick up your finished item/s or to schedule a delivery. Tampa Bay deliveries are free. After a two week grace period, a storage fee of $10.00 a day will accrue. No refunds or exchanges.
