Art is Therapy: Sound Bath & Alcohol Ink Painting

We will start with 20-25 minutes of a beautiful Sound Bath by Lian followed by creating alcohol ink paintings by candle light. You will leave at peace with beautiful art you created.

About the sound meditation:

Supported by the vibrational frequencies of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, drum, rattles, bells, voice/mantra, sound healing is a subtle body healing practice which activates vagal toning and parasympathetic activation of the nervous system promoting relaxation and wellbeing. Sound Baths are a listening meditation and a receiving practice, and will be offered in tandem with energy work. Sessions are accessible to all!
