Art is Therapy: Sound Bath & Alcohol Ink Painting

We will start with 20-25 minutes of a beautiful Sound Bath by Lian followed by creating alcohol ink paintings by candle light. You will leave at peace with beautiful art you created, that you can frame and hang in your home. 

About the sound meditation:

Supported by the vibrational frequencies of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, drum, rattles, bells, voice/mantra, sound healing is a subtle body healing practice which activates vagal toning and parasympathetic activation of the nervous system promoting relaxation and wellbeing. Sound Baths are a listening meditation and a receiving practice, and will be offered in tandem with energy work. Sessions are accessible to all!

Note: the studio can get warm on very hot days, please dress comfortably.
